I am super disappointed in Tory Burch

I am super disappointed in Tory Burch, my order never arrived, I called and they did not take responsibility for such an inconvenience, what confidence can I have in buying again in this store, they do not respect their customers, much less give them value that they carry, I do not I recommend buying with them, this has never happened to me

Quality is GONE!

I have purchased many bags and clothing from Tory Burch, throughout the years.
Her quality is definitely declining!
Purchased the monogram bag($368) at a Tory Burch Boutique and the wine color leather bled on the exterior, Costumer service was horrible, even with a receipt of purchase they did nothing!
NEVER again will I purchase from Tory Burch

Poor product lousy customer service

After purchasing a handbag and using it for 3 months the trim started to pull away on the handle. The customer service was so frustrating. Initial could on text, chat or call. Was told I'd receive a call within 24-48 hours. Four days later I had to text again. Was asked for my information almost every time I texted. Sent contact information and photos only to be told they would not do anything because it was outside of their return/repair guidelines. Will not purchase another Tory Burch item.

Bad experience for the whereabouts of my product

I placed an order on Monday Aug 30th 2022. On Tuesday August 31st they contacted me regarding my address to which I responded immediately, it is now Thursday 1st September there is still no sign of my order, nor has it been shipped. I spoke to a customer service assistant called Mathew and he was very unhelpful and the only information he could give me in regards to my order was that he will get in touch with the logistical side… this is shocking for a company this size. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ONLINE from Tory burch.

Terrible customere service and low quality products

I bought an earrings fro Torry burch. After 6 months it already started to lose its colour and quality is very low. When i contacted the customer service department, they were not helpful at all. They said because the item was not purchased recently they cannot help. The idea of having a jewelery from a high and brand is to be able to keep them for longer terms, even zara jewelery lasts better and their customer service always attentive and helpful no matter when you purchased the item. I purchased jewelers from multiple different brands competitive of Tory burch they lasted for years! Worst thing is that they didnt even want to bother to take the product for a research, they just make a judgement based on the purhase date! Shame on tory burch, never again!

Awful Customer Service

I placed an order with for Tory Burch flip flops to be shipped internationally for a friend's birthday. After purchasing, I received a notice that email confirmation would be sent within 15 minutes, which I never received. The following day, I spoke with a live chat representative who confirmed that the first order was not placed correctly, and stated that it was most likely an issue with my PayPal account. She directed me to use a secondary form of payment and assured me that the charges on my credit card would disappear.

Following this conversation, I placed a second order and received an email confirmation for that one. The next morning, I received shipping notifications for both my first and second orders and, looking back, I saw that the email confirmation for the first purchase was sent 3 hours after my second order was placed and confirmed. Despite this being an error on Tory Burch's behalf, they were unable to offer me a refund unless they received the product back (from my friend, from Australia), AND unable to offer a refund for international shipping, despite the fact that the second order would never have been placed without express encouragement from one of their representatives.

After one week and two tries, I was able to escalate this issue to management, who stated that because the second purchase was placed due to a recommendation by the live chat representative, I am eligible to receive a refund for international shipping, but only if the product is returned. They were also unable to cancel the second order and repeatedly advised me to refused the shipment, which was being delivered to a friend's package room, as a resolution. They have ignored my last email requesting further instruction for over a week now. I have also been tracking this purchase, which was reportedly delivered 1 week ago, and has still not been received. Currently opening a claims report with FedEx Cross Borders to get this issue resolved.

This is an active, ongoing, month long issue that has wasted hours of my life with no resolution in sight. Tory Burch has the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience.
